City of Yarra issues written advice to local residents/ratepayers that it received a planning application from Malvernway P/L and Davgab P/L (for Banco) for PL03/1407 Mixed Use Development on 132 - 172 Smith and 63 - 71 Little Oxford Streets, Collingwood and enclosing a public notice of details.
