Status of current campaign
As at June 2004 the City of Yarra failed to reach a determination on the application within the statutory review period. Council is now accelerating the review process. We understand that Council reached agreement with the applicant not to consider appealing to VCAT before 19 July 2004.
The Collingwood Action Group is now working with Council to present more detailed community concerns about the application, set out in an 'Interim Submission'. But time is running out for the community to express its concerns about this proposal!
